Howard

Plastic

Joel Frieders | March 2, 2016

This fucking band, Howard, is on some tickle the grundle shit.

I wrote about their last single "Glass" a few weeks ago (see below) and I was smitten with the crickety blippety smack smack, and I thought I understood what was happening here. But here now I'm here now to admit now that my now here before it was here now was slightly askew because my here right here is starting to make sense right here right now.

See, "Plastic" is sampled excusively from the album Religion that I've been geeking out on since it was tossed on my manpod back in late January. As a member of the fanboy guild of bands actually deserving of fanboys, HOLY SHIT THAT'S INCREDIBLE.

So this band, Howard, is so fucking balls they sample their own music which was originaly badfuckingass just to create even more and even more different sounding music that might just kick the same amount of ass as the previously mentioned badfuckingass music just to make more badassness in a completely different musical genre?

OK NOW I'M GOING TO STALK THESE SHITPOKERS.

It's one thing to create amazing music. It's a completely different thing to create even more amazing music using ONLY samples from your own previously created music that was already deemed amazing.

Can we all join in the celebration that is becoming more and more of a Howard fanboy?

DAMN HOWARD, YA'LL TUFF AS BALLS THO!

Make me more music please.

Love,
Dad
