Only two things make me get all gushy and talk in the stilted and excitable broken english of Lennie Small from Of Mice and Men; they are puppy dogs and the music of Real Estate. So the video for It's Real had me all sorts of goofy and annoying to my buddy George. The warm tones and supple geetars mixed with the slew of adorable puppies made it so I was forced to leave my job and move to an assisted living facility when they mistook my stilted speech for a mental disability. Normally I would complain about such a thing but the pudding is really good. So is this fucking song.
