Bandcamp Artist of the Week

We love Bandcamp. It's 777% more badass than myspace, but lacks the glitter gifs we loved about myspace. There is nothing better than blindly strolling around bandcamp to stumble upon brand new music.

Most of the artists/bands who don't suck know the importance of having a bandcamp page. It is quite possibly the easiest way to get your music out there because of the ease of use, the quickness with which you can deliver a DL, and shit, if you don't suck gypsy testicles, you can actually make money from people who like your shit.

In SYFFAL's Bandcamp Artist of the Week, we celebrate those folks with a bandcamp who we think you should hear more of. Plain, simple, and damnit, it's rather quite sensual.

Pop Cultures Collide

We grew up in a time when things stuck. Shit, if I'm being asked to go upstairs I'll say "This is our time, OUR TIME DOWN HERE" for no other reason than to remind myself how important the movies and TV shows of my youth are to me.

We find the bands that we meet at SYFFAL are just as fucking pathetic as we are. To prove it we asked them to pick a favorite song from the pop culture of our youth and collide it with their modern spin. Sometimes it turns out pornographic, but it always turns out fucking awesome in Pop Cultures Collide.

The Weekly Taint

In a world filled with strife, financial hardships and the Jersey Shore, comes a shirtless lifesaving duo the likes of which the world has never seen. You might know Sean Daley as Slug from the hip hop group Atmosphere. You probably know Joel Frieders because he bags your groceries, delivers your mail and possibly delivered your children. Together, they form THE WEEKLY TAINT, an often quoted, and never misunderstood conversational powerhouse that focuses on philosophy, coupon clipping, Eddie Murphy's orthodontist, and awesome motherfucking Lego creations.
