I think the fact that I watch a lot of children's programming is starting to effect me, even outside of having a child on my lap while enjoying the cow skinned couch I call Gladys. It isn't just that I watch Phineas and Ferb at work on the shitter on Netflix on my phone bro, though it could be attributed to having on a kid's show in the morning just before work and just after I get home. The shit is starting to consume me.

But I ain't really mad at it bro bro.

See, the music on kid shows is meant to be either uplifting, dancey dance shit, or something you can learn shit from. It's cute by itself and meant to inspire something in someone much younger than you or I.

I'm starting to dig on the playful a lot more than I used to bro.

That being said, the first track I listened to from Censor Static was Bird/Song (although it's the second of three tracks on the EP) and it was an immediate cut scene from My Girl, if My Girl (starring a one Macauley Caulkin) had a soundtrack produced by Owl City. It had the playful glitched out daintiness of a song written for the six year old market share, but with that morbid cruelty that makes it appeal to assholes like me.

I fucking love it.

The other two tracks take on an ambient mood piece and one video game fucking an Adult Swim soundboard. The dude is all over the place.

But thankfully for me, I'm excited to hear more from the dude.

Excuse me, Fresh Beat Band is on.

Go download this right quick tho bro:
