Gregory Alan Isakov - Liars (Ft. Colorado Symphony Orchestra): This may be the most important song I'll urge you to listen to this week because I'll be reviewing this album closer to the release date. I have two rules though: 1. Find a moment when you are feeling reflective for your first listen 2. Listen to the whole thing because the build will bust your pants open.

Car Seat Headrest - Fill In The Blank: Yeah, I know everybody is all over this band's balls right now and especially their 'Drunk Drivers/Killer Whales' track, which is so tits, BUT if you still need a prod to check out their recently released album then allow me to introduce 'Fill In The Blank' to your holes. Talk about a perfect 'start and stop' first track.

The National - Morning Dew: This Grateful Dead tribute album has me all manic and it's not even Monday, bro. Now, I'm not a 'Dead Head' by any means. Sure, I like the Dead but my fandom is not so great that I get offended a tribute album. BUT a lot of the covers on this tribute are...well....BAD. However, there are a handful of tracks on the album that are really good like Daniel Rossen's (Grizzly Bear) cover of 'Terrapin Station', The War On Drugs' cover of 'Touch Of Grey' and THIS lush cover of 'Morning Dew' by The National.

Cataldo Band - In Now and Then: If the drums and the bass were celebrities they'd most definitely have a mashed up alteration of both of their names because they hold down the fuckin' fort on this track. Holy plastic Target grocery bag full of dog shit does this track groove. And then....AND THEN, that horn? It's the Cool Whip on top of the nips.

Radiohead - Tinker Tailor Soldier Sailor: Disclaimer, the live video in the playlist below is not that good, but I couldn't find the album version of this song on the interewebz, but this is the track I get hung up on when I listen to their new album.

Mike Adams At His Honest Weight - Diem Be: I'm at a loss of words because my son hates pizza. I just didn't know that is possible. EVERYBODY loves pizza. So, if you tell me that you don't love this track from Mike Adams I'll be dumbfounded because it's pizza, bro.

Father John Misty - Real Love Baby: So, you may ask me: "Do you love every track FJM puts out just because it's FJM?" My reply: "Yeah, SO sue me stupidhead."

The Echocentrics - Staring At The Ceiling: Duuuuuude. James Petralli filtered in dry sepia tones? MMMMmmmm, it makes me so thirsty.

Josiah & The Bonnevilles - Cold Blood: There are singers like the asshole in this band and like the asshole in Deer Tick who I just love because they sound so raunchy and beautiful at the same time.

James Blake - I Need A Forest Fire (Ft. Bon Iver): What can I say? James and Justin's voices go together like lamb and tunafish.
